Effective Date: 1 January 2026
The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and The Comms Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The Comms Studio Ltd may modify, amend, supplement and replace these terms and conditions at any time and will apply from the date of update going forwards.
1. Copyright.
All materials created by The Comms Studio Ltd in the In-Demand Designer Programme (“Programme”) are protected by global copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to The Comms Studio Ltd.
This protection extends worldwide, and any person found to be fully or partially using The Comms Studio Ltd graphics, text found anywhere across email, website or social media, or content including PDF guides and course materials, will be deemed guilty of copyright infringement and becomes eligible for legal pursuit.
2. Links to Third Party Websites.
This Programme may contain links to third party websites. All such linked sites, materials and pages are not under the control of The Comms Studio Ltd and The Comms Studio Ltd is not responsible for the content contained in any linked website nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of the use of any such website. The Comms Studio Ltd accepts no liability for any errors or omissions contained in third party websites. These links are provided to improve your use of the Programme, enable you to connect with The Comms Studio Ltd on various platforms, and help The Comms Studio Ltd offer the easiest services for you and conduct transactions.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership.
All content provided in the Programme and in any Digital Products, including but not limited to podcast materials, blog posts, free resources, online courses, resources shared in coaching calls and communities, and other downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of The Comms Studio Ltd and are protected by applicable laws. By accessing these materials, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to download and use copies for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Comms Studio Ltd at any time. Upon termination of your viewing of these materials or the license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
You are strictly prohibited from modifying, publishing, transmitting, participating in the sale of, creating derivative works from, distributing, displaying, reproducing, or performing, or in any way exploiting any content from the Programme or Digital Products, in whole or in part, without explicit written consent from The Comms Studio Ltd.
4. Beta Programme Terms
As a founding beta client, you have received a discounted rate in exchange for participation in the beta version of the Programme. By enrolling at this rate, you agree to provide honest feedback on the Programme and your experience, and to participate in reasonable requests for testimonials or case studies where appropriate. This will include written feedback, short questionnaires, and providing a video testimonial based on your experience. The discounted rate reflects this exchange, and no additional compensation or refund will be provided in place of feedback or testimonial participation.
5. Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access is granted. By purchasing, you agree to receive immediate access to the programme and understand that this means waiving your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.
6. Private Coaching
Your purchase of a private coaching package indicates your commitment to show up and participate.
Once you have scheduled a coaching call, they are considered set appointments. Where necessary, you may request to reschedule a session, by giving at least 24 hours notice, and making up the session within the redemption period of your coaching package.
Any missed, rescheduled or cancelled coaching calls with less than 24 hours notice, or outside of the redemption period will be forfeited.
Calls for private coaching packages must be redeemed within the period of the coaching arrangement (i.e. if you purchase a 4 month coaching package, all calls must take place within 4 months of purchase).
In the event that the coach is unwell or unavailable, sessions missed due to illness lasting fewer than two weeks will be rescheduled. If the disruption extends beyond two weeks, alternative solutions – such as contract extensions – may be offered at the business’s discretion.
No Pauses or Extensions: All clients in the Programme acknowledge and agree that there are no pauses, extensions, or deferments except where required by law. Once enrolled, clients are expected to engage with the coaching calls within the designated time frame. Any decision to not participate in or make the most of the calls is the responsibility of the client. Course materials will remain accessible for the lifetime of the Programme.
7. Ways of Working & Response Times
Private coaching clients / WhatsApp access clients can expect, on average, up to a maximum of 1 hour of consuming and responding to messages per week. If the coaching time isn’t used within the span of a month, however, it will generally be forfeited.
Due to sickness or other unavoidable circumstances, inevitably at times there may be delays or exceptions to these general guidelines. If that is the case, it will be communicated with as much notice as possible and the time/energy will be made up within the following weeks where ever possible.
8. Payment Plans.
The Programme will have the option to either pay up-front in full or you can pay in monthly installments. Please note that for monthly payments, Stripe will automatically deduct the amount from the account information you provide Stripe. In the event your payment fails, you will not be able to access any of the information or content sold through our Programme or any other of our courses, products or services (including both private and group coaching calls) until the issue is resolved. Registering for a payment plan represents an agreement to pay every monthly payment, and payment delays, pauses, adjustments or cancellations are not possible once the payment plan has commenced
9. No Guarantees.
We make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get from our Programme. We will do everything for you to succeed and will do our best to support you, but we make no guarantees and we can only control so much about your success. Client testimonials are for information and inspiration purposes only. You understand that The Comms Studio Ltd makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding any results based on any action or inaction relating to your life, social media accounts, revenue, clients, or business based on the information we share or services we sell or share.
We occasionally feature endorsements and testimonials from satisfied clients, which represent their personal experiences and achievements. These are not to be perceived as guarantees of identical outcomes.
10. Entire Agreement.
These terms and conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of The Comms Studio Ltd linked to these terms and conditions or contained in this Programme constitutes the entire Agreement between you and The Comms Studio Ltd relating to your use of this Programme and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by The Comms Studio Ltd.
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity.
In no event shall The Comms Studio Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content in the Programme, even if The Comms Studio Ltd has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
12. Governing Law.
Any claim relating to The Comms Studio Ltd website shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Indemnity.
As a condition of your use of the Programme, you hereby indemnify The Comms Studio Ltd and its directors and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting or arising from your use of this Programme.
